The Absolute!

aum poornamadah poornam idam poornAt pooranam udacyate
poornasya poornam AdAya poornam EvAvasishyate

Meaning: "That" is whole; "This" is whole; from the whole the whole originates. When the whole is taken away from the whole the whole remains.
“That” refers to Paramatma; “This” refers to Jivatma. From Paramatma the Jivatma originates. Brahman does not undergo any diminution, does not undergo any change. Brahmasatyam Jaganmithya

Meaning: Aum. O woshipful ones, who are in the form of light, let our ears hear all good things. Hey worshippable Devas, let our eyes see good and holy things. May we spend this life given to us by God in continued prayers to You with a strong body, sound in health.

May Indra (who is) extolled in the scriptures, Pushan, who is all-knowing, Trakshya, who saves from all harm, and Brihaspati who protects our spiritual lustre, vouchsafe prosperity in our study of the scriptures and the practice of the truths contained therein!
