Meaning: Aum, speech is based on the mind; the mind is based on speech. O Self-effulgent One, reveal Thyself to me. May you both be carriers of the Veda to me. May not all that I
have heard depart from me. I shall join together day and night through this study. I shall utter what is verbally true; I shall utter what is mentally true. May That protect me; may That protect the speaker. May That protect me; may That protect the speaker.
Aum Peace! Peace! Peace!

Stillness

satsangatve nissangatvam
nissangatve nirmohatvam
nirmohatve nishchalatatvam
nishchalatatve jeevanmukti:

From company of good people comes non-attachment, from non-attachment comes freedom from delusion, which leads to self-settledness. From self-settledness comes Jeevan muktii, the ultimate freedom.

The Absolute!

aum poornamadah poornam idam poornAt pooranam udacyate
poornasya poornam AdAya poornam EvAvasishyate

Meaning: "That" is whole; "This" is whole; from the whole the whole originates. When the whole is taken away from the whole the whole remains.
“That” refers to Paramatma; “This” refers to Jivatma. From Paramatma the Jivatma originates. Brahman does not undergo any diminution, does not undergo any change. Brahmasatyam Jaganmithya
